I'm the exact same! It doesn't matter about the length, the thing to do is to get your hair layered...and MOST IMPORTANT: have a layer in front framing your face.

If I were you, I would either play up the curls with volumizing products and curl enhancer and get it cut about top of the shoulder with a curl hanging in front, shorter than the others. Or, you could buy a straightener and get your hair cut about mid neck and side bangs are always sexy and don't make your forehead as oily as normal bags, and don't expose so much forehead, and you could straighten it all and look very modern. It's up to you. I have natuarlly curly but frizzy hair, so I straighten mine.
