Hehe, my boyfriend has the same problem! He has very curly hair that afros, even though he's Chinese. Now, he straightens it (with my straightener, but that's ok, lol). It's the Remington Wet-to-Dry. You can use it on towel dried hair or dry hair. It doesn't matter. It's got plenty of settings for thin hair, thick hair, etc and is fast and very very easy. I recommend giving it a try. We find it works very well. Good luck.

i have wavy hair and i use pantene pro-v. just put alot of conditioner and leave it on for a couple of minutes before you rinse it. try to deep condition your hair maybe once or twice a week. pantene pro-v has a deep conditioner too and its really good. thats what im using right now. good luck.

Well maybe you should try not washing your hair with shampoos anymore. Try washing your hair with conditioners for a while if you like it you can stick to it. It's supposed to make your hair moistured. If you chose to straighten your hair try rollersetting it under a hood dryer and you'll get loose waves than you can lightly flat iron it afterwards for a straighter look. Make sure that you always use a straightening serum.

There's really nothing you can do about your natural hair texture except to overcome it. Try moisturizing your hair with some organic leave in conditioners those are good to. I use Alba. Hope I helped.
