well, some can. but you hacve to be super descriptive or else they do it all wrong. if you wanna stay on the safe side, just go to chinatown

Not where I live. I asked them to give me a Hime cut, and they replied with, "That's not good. It wouldn't fit your frame." But I asked an Asian haircuttery place before, and they said it was perfectly fine... so I'm assuming they didn't know HOW to make a Hime cut.
Another time I went to get my hair cut, I wanted it layered, but they ended up making it super!straight and.... flat. It was quite traumatic for me. xD
