I dont know how much it would cost at regis, but a higher end salon wil cost you about 80 bucks to go from black hair to blonde because they will have to dye it twice/use a lot of dye. it you want to go platinum, it could cost a bit more. the cut will probably be 40-60 dollars and dont forget to tip as it is a service. 150 bucks is a good estimate

It will be free if you don't do it. Try to appreciate your natural beauty and originality rather doing something which will cost you money but never turn out well. Blonde hair seldoms goes well with Asian.
