Im in highschool and ive decided to grow my hair out long, somewhere around shoulder length. Ive got straight black hair. What can I do with it?

short hair is hott. i never have and never will go out with a guy with long hair. only girl i know that would is gothic. but if you have already decided to grow it long don't do anything with it. let it hang there. don't put it in a pony tail, don't slick it back, or whatever else you might be thinking.

i think if u r having straight hair then u must feel urself 2 b very lucky.4 that u can hav steps laser cut.that ll surely suit u as i m also having the same cut.and one mor thing i would like 2 say u that if u r in high school then keep ur hair 2 b of its natural colour ie black only but after 3-4 years u can colour ur hair with the shade of dark brown.

There was an asian guy with long hair in one of my classes, and I thought he looked cool--it seems like you guys always have really good hair to wear long, because it's really straight an not frizzy. Around shoulder length is good--I'd go just barely below your shoulder. Get some long, choppy layers. That adds body to straight hair, and it's a cool look for guys. That's what all the anime guy characters seem to have, and it looks good on them! Plus, layers will keep the look a little messy, not perfect--more masculine than just a straight cut. Just don't go around, combing it every other minute. That's irritating, on guys and girls!
