How do u style/grow your hair to this type of style? Do you need to layer it? What kind of product is needed and do you need to go to a stylist to fashion it this way?

How do you style asian hair?
That sort of hair is layered. The person cutting your hair will show you how to style it, but in general you have to change your part so that it comes from the back center.
You would want to use hairwax, pomade, or hair putty, for this. Just make sure you don't use it like gel lol.
