I think black hair does not suit the Caucasian face----too stark!

Black hair is perfect for the Asian face. Some girls I know color their hair from dark blonde to dark brown, and they look good, too.

I guess Asian face and features are very flexible when it comes to different hair color.

Its not about nationality or country of origin but rather its more about skintone. Black hair will suit you if its your natural haircolor, but if you don't have that color naturally then it can wash you out or look too harsh.
